Counselling for Individuals and Couples in the Armadale area of Melbourne
I have worked as a counsellor for over fifteen years in a range of health settings including the mental health sector, general hospitals and more recently in private practise. I hold a doctorate in counselling and psychotherapy and I am able to provide a personalised counselling service to individuals or couples.
As a counsellor I help people with relationship matters, fertility issues, life cycle struggles, and mental health issues including anxiety and depression. I also offer counselling to people for work related matters and issues around low self esteem and diminished confidence.
In addition I provide counselling to patients of City Fertility Centre as part of their fertility treatment.
In my counselling sessions I aim to provide my clients with a safe, welcoming and thoughtful space to work through their issues and put in place strategies for the future.
I also have a professional interest in dream analysis and I have a weekly column on dreams and their meanings in the ‘Body + Soul’ extract within the Sunday Herald Sun.
